We conduct regular evaluations, check in with the supervisor and the worker during the first week on the assignment then check in as agreed with the client. We act as an extension of the client business' human resource department assuring that there is open communication between supervisor and employee, and assisting with any troubleshooting or problem solving that may be needed.
